Orders placed through third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ privacy policies. Momo’s Munchies is not responsible for third-party data practices.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Ghost Kitchen Disclosure

Momo’s Munchies operates as a ghost kitchen, preparing food for delivery and pickup only. We do not offer dine-in service.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance

  • Prices and menu items may change without notice

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers

  • We do not store full payment card information

3. Food Allergy & Health Disclaimer

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment. We cannot guarantee any menu item is free from allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, sesame, or other allergens.

By placing an order, you assume responsibility for food allergy risks except as required under Florida law.

4. Food Handling & Consumption

Food is intended for immediate consumption. We are not responsible for food quality or safety issues caused by delayed delivery, improper storage, or reheating.

5. Third-Party Delivery Disclaimer

Momo’s Munchies is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Mishandling of food after pickup

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers

Delivery-related issues must be resolved through the delivery platform used.

6. Late-Night Service Disclaimer

Orders placed during late-night hours may experience longer preparation or delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

Promotions:

  • Are subject to availability

  • Have no cash value

  • May be changed or discontinued at any time

  • Cannot be combined unless stated

We reserve the right to refuse promotions due to misuse or error.

8. Sales Tax Disclosure

Applicable Florida sales tax and local taxes will be added at checkout as required by law.

9. Alcohol Disclaimer

Momo’s Munchies does not currently sell alcohol. If alcohol is offered in the future, all Florida legal requirements, including age verification, will apply.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, menus, and images are the property of Momo’s Munchies and may not be used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Momo’s Munchies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or food consumption.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, power outages, labor shortages, platform outages, or governmental actions.
